These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mind Safety platform,
operated by Bookmint Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Mind Safety, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy,
and our Disclaimer.
1. Definitions
- Platform: The Mind Safety website, software, tools, and services.
- User: Any individual or organisation accessing the platform.
- Account: A registered Mind Safety user profile.
- Psychosocial Safety Documents: Documents generated using the platform, including psychosocial risk assessments, incident reports, workplace surveys, wellbeing action plans, policies, and related materials.
- Credits: Units allocated monthly or purchased separately that allow generation of documents.
- Subscription Plan: A recurring monthly plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) with defined inclusions and limits.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or generating documents,
you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
3. Subscription Plans & Features
3.1 Basic Plan
- 2 credits per month
- Credit rollover up to a maximum of 6 credits
- 1 user only (no team access)
- Saved documents: starting at 30, increasing by 5 per month, maximum 200
- Access to psychosocial incident reports, surveys, and policies
- Document downloads in PDF or Word format
3.2 Pro Plan
- 10 credits per month
- Credit rollover up to a maximum of 20 credits
- Up to 5 users (Admin + Members)
- Shared credit pool across all users
- Saved documents: starting at 100, increasing by 20 per month, maximum 500
- Activity tracking showing which user generated documents
- Team management and role assignment
- Document downloads in PDF or Word format
3.3 Enterprise Plan
- 50 credits per month
- Credit rollover up to a maximum of 100 credits
- Up to 10 users included (additional seats may be available)
- Shared credits across all users
- Saved documents: starting at 500, increasing by 50 per month, maximum 2,000
- Dedicated support for enterprise users
- Advanced team management features
- Document downloads in PDF or Word format

and form part of these Terms.
4. Credits & Usage Rules
- One credit is required to generate one psychosocial safety document unless otherwise stated.
- Credits are deducted at the time a document is generated.
- Unused monthly credits may roll over only up to the maximum limit defined for your plan.
- Once the rollover cap is reached, additional unused credits are forfeited.
- Credits do not guarantee regulatory compliance or approval.
5. Extra Credits
Users may purchase additional credits separately from their subscription.
Extra credit pricing varies by plan and is displayed at the time of purchase.
Purchased extra credits do not alter rollover caps or plan limits
and are non-refundable.
6. Saved Documents
- Saved document limits apply per account or organisation.
- Once the maximum document limit is reached, users must delete documents to save new ones.
- Saved document limits increase monthly only while an active subscription is maintained.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must review, edit, validate, and approve all documents before use.
- You must ensure compliance with all applicable WHS, employment, and privacy laws.
- You must not rely on generated content without appropriate professional judgment.
8. Payments & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- No refunds are provided for unused credits or partial billing periods.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Mind Safety platform,
including software, templates, branding, and workflows,
remain the property of Bookmint Pty Ltd or its licensors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookmint Pty Ltd,
including its directors, officers, employees, and contractors,
accepts no liability for any loss, injury, claim, or damage arising from:
- Use or reliance on generated documents
- Failure to review or adapt content
- Regulatory enforcement or audits
- Psychological injury or workplace claims
- Business interruption or financial loss
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookmint Pty Ltd
against any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform
or breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Mind Safety if you breach these Terms,
misuse the platform, or create legal or security risk.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
