Last Updated: March 2026
Mind Safety, operated by Bookmint Pty Ltd, is committed to providing a website and platform that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
We are committed to supporting accessibility in line with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and recognised accessibility best practices.
1. Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which provide guidance on making web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
2. Measures We Have Taken
- Providing clear navigation and consistent layouts
- Ensuring form fields include labels and instructions
- Supporting keyboard navigation across the platform
- Using accessible, readable content and structure
- Providing alternative text for meaningful images
3. Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We are continually reviewing and improving our platform to enhance usability and accessibility for all users, including those using assistive technologies.
4. Generated Documents (PDFs)
Mind Safety produces downloadable psychosocial documents (PDFs). While we aim to ensure these documents are accessible, some generated PDFs may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of generated documents.
5. Limitations
While we strive to ensure all areas of our platform are accessible, some content or functionality may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. This may include certain interactive features or third-party integrations.
6. Feedback and Assistance
