What do I actually get?

Each Mind Safety document is bought on its own. The Psychosocial Risk Assessment and the Psychosocial Hazards Procedure are $99 each, and the Complete Compliance Pack is $199 and includes both plus your full set of psychosocial policies. Every price includes GST.

Do I need to install any software to use Mind Safety?

No installation is required. Mind Safety is entirely web-based and can be accessed from any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.

How does pricing work?

You pay once for the document you need, GST included. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Buy another document whenever you need one.

Can I use Mind Safety on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Mind Safety is fully mobile-responsive, allowing you to create, review, and access psychosocial safety documents from your phone or tablet—whether onsite or working remotely.

Can I edit the document after it is generated?

Yes. You can edit the text on screen before downloading, and every document downloads as Word as well as PDF, so you can keep changing it as your workplace changes. Your saved documents remain accessible at all times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.

Is our psychosocial data secure?

Yes. Data security is a top priority at Mind Safety. All documents and account information are securely stored with restricted access and industry-standard encryption.

What counts as a revision?

Anything you change about a document you already own. Reopen it, adjust your answers — a different hazard, a new site, an updated role — and regenerate. For the first week after you create a document, revisions are completely free. After that they are still included: we only rebuild the sections your changes actually affect. Every version you have created stays in your saved documents; nothing is overwritten.

What are bonus documents?

The Complete Compliance Pack includes the Risk Assessment, the Hazards Procedure and the Policy Set, plus any three of our other documents: the Incident Response Plan, Wellbeing Action Plan, Return to Work Plan, Psychosocial Management Plan, Manager’s Guide, or a Psychosocial Survey. You choose which three, and you choose when. Your documents page shows how many you have left.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for the document you need. There is no recurring charge, no lock-in contract and nothing to cancel.

Yes. All users receive email support. Pro and Enterprise plans include priority support for faster assistance with psychosocial safety documentation and platform features.
